Mearns Motors is a large independently owned garage established in Laurencekirk (Aberdeenshire) since 2004. We undertake servicing, repairs and MOTs on all makes and models of cars, light commercial and 4x4 vehicles.

As well as being a class 4, 5 & 7 MOT station, we are also a Bosch air conditioning servicing centre and operate a tow bar fitting service.

Mearns Motors employs 6 members of staff, including 4 very experienced and fully qualified mechanics. The owner Ian Greig has been working as a mechanic for over 30 years in Laurencekirk. Stewart Ironside, the workshop foreman, has over 18 years experience. Fiona Greig, co-owner, manages the day to day administration of the business.

Our fully fitted workshop has 6 service ramps and an MOT bay (ATL one man operation). We also have all the latest diagnostic equipment and facilities for fault finding and engine management by worldwide leaders Launch X431 TOOL and Snap on scanner.
